How to volunteer
If your child is in a Kenosha Unified School District band, then you are already a member of the Kenosha Band Boosters. There are no membership fees. Instead, we ask that you help the organization's mission of providing support to the KUSD band program by volunteering your time and-or by making a financial contribution to the organization.
We rely heavily on parents and others to volunteer to coordinate and help at many of our events. We need to see new faces so that we have new ideas and can journey down new paths. Your assistance is what helps us make many music programs across KUSD a success.
For example, we need volunteers to help with the reception following the District-wide Elementary Band Concert on May 2, 2006. This involves arranging for cookies and punch to be served following the band's performance.
